Last month we challenged you to capture the Spirit of Brazil to celebrate the launch of our Portuguese language site. We had a really great response and it was fantastic to get a little Instagrammed slice of Brazil, take a look at the tag #espiritobrasil for all the entries. 

We felt that each of our winners gave us a window into different aspects of Brazilian life; from the beach, to fantastic architecture, to what makes any place home… the people!

Congratulations to @mluizaiza, @renatapgb and @biasal! They will all receive three sheets of StickyGrams.

We chose @biasal’s picture as we loved the friendliness of the gent in this, as we felt it captured the warmth of the Brazilian people we’ve met, she says he owns a little craft shop in Goiás Velho’s Market too!

@mluizaiza was our next winner as we loved the light and shadow contrast with the imposing figure at the top of the monument.

And last but certainly not least @renatapgb, she submitted some absolutely amazing pictures, and it was difficult to choose between them, we felt that this one brought together a lot of themes shared by others, with the Dois Irmaos overlooking the bay. We loved the lighting in this shot too.
